Sealed with a kiss
November kicks-off the birthday season in my family. Just in our immediate family, we have at least 1 birthday per month with December taking the cake (😂) with 6! SIX! Seis! VI! Including our very own little man's birthday which is the same day as his grandpa and one of his cousins. C-R-A-Z-Y!! [Ever think about what happened 9 months prior? Yeah, me neither!] All these birthdays and upcoming holidays got me thinking about how I can stay in better touch with our family and friends. I think about the special things that we used to do for each other - meet for dinner and/or drinks, send flowers, decorate with balloons. I was thinking of how I can still make their day shine brighter even when we are far apart. Given the time of year and the need to budget, it's not always feasible to do something elaborate.
